This stylish home is perfect for groups to stay.  It offer four spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, brand new kitchen with granite counter tops, and open living room and dining rooms for relaxing.

Two luxury queen bedrooms, each with their own ensuite are located on the main floor. The ensuite bathrooms have a tub/shower combination, toilet and sink. The main floor also offers a spacious living room, separate dining room, seating for 6 people and brand new kitchen with granite counter tops. This property is a raised bungalow style, so the bright sunny third bedroom is located down the stairs. The third bathroom is down the hall from the 3rd bedroom. The 3 pc. bath offers a shower, toilet and sink. A spacious 4th bedroom is also on the lower level.

Each bedroom has a T.V., workstation with chair, comfy bathrobes, and hair dryer. Digital door locks are on each door for your security and privacy. The 4 bedrooms have queen beds and can sleep a maximum of 8 people. If you have more than 8  people, then contact the owner at 519-572-8804 for further arrangements.

Free on site parking for 2-3 cars or  free street parking available.

I will greet you at the house and show you around. I'm available for questions on the area. I'm always available for a cup of tea or coffee if my guests would like. Otherwise, I know how to make myself scare, so my guests can enjoy their privacy.

We're located just 1.9 km. from the University of Waterloo and the David Johnston Tech Park. The St. Jacob's Market is only 5 km away and is open Thurs. and Saturdays, year round. In the summer months, the market is open on Tuesdays as well. Both the Antique market and the St. Jacob's Outlet Mall is within walking distance of the St. Jacob's Market and Playhouse. Don't forget about the wonderful shops in the Village of St. Jacob's, just 3 km. down the road!

It's easiest to travel by car, but #9 bus which stops at our corner will get you to the University of Waterloo within 15 minutes. If you feel like some exercise, you can reach the University within a 20 min. walk.

The sports teams are now back in play. We have hosted both curling and hockey teams. If you need more rooms, contact the host for further details. Hammer Haus II (sleeps 8) and Hammer Haus III (sleeps 8) are located close by.

House Rules:

Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Please remove shoes in the house.
Please keep food and drink on the main floor.
Water is allowed in the room.
Only registered guests allowed on the premises.
No parties of any kind.
No pets.
No use of candles
Property not suitable for children under 5 years old.
No smoking inside or outside on deck, or porch . $300.00 penalty charged immediately and reservation terminated with no refund.
Minimum age requirement for primary guest.
Guests must complete rental agreement and security deposit prior to final confirmation of reservation. Rental agreement must be signed, received and approved within 5 days of confirmation of this reservation.

Overnight parking registry - Contact: City of Waterloo -Free Street Parking or Register for overnight parking.
Register your name, license plate number and date of parking (morning between 2:00 am and 6:00 am). One is allowed to park 15 nights on city streets.

Late Checkout Rules: House rules allow us to discuss a late check out, so please use the message box to ask us. You can have a 12:30 p.m. checkout, if we authorize it for $75.00 extra, instead of the regular 11:00 a.m. check out. Please inquire if you would like a late check-out and we'll see if we can work with you on that. Please do so in advance, because it gets more expensive, if you ask for a late check out the same day.

Otherwise late checkout after 11:00 am is a full day fee.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
