The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, smart T.V.., comfy plush robe and chair.
The fully equipped, custom built kitchen offers granite counter tops, new appliances, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.
Lower Walk-out Level:
King Suite with private living room and 3 pc. bath. The room is located at the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms, offering total privacy. The 3 pc. bath is located next to the bedroom. Just 5 steps away is the private living room with cozy fireplace, pull out queen sofa bed which is quite suitable for one or two children over 5 years of age. No adults on the sofa bed. The rate on the house is for 8 people. If you require extra sleeping on the sofa bed, additional charges will apply.
This property is ideally located for visiting professors, parents of students at the university or vacationers visiting the St. Jacob's Market. it's a 20 minute walk or 3 min. drive to the University of Waterloo. It's 3.8 km to St. .Jacob's Market., St. Jacob's Playhouse and Outlet Mall.

We have had the privilege of travelling the world, visiting more than 35 countries during the last 10 years. In late 2018, we returned to Canada and started our guest rooms and suites - "Hammer Haus". Now, instead of travelling the world, the world is coming to us! We've enjoyed hosting guests from many countries including: England, Germany, Russia, Brazil, France, Ireland, Scotland, China, Korea, Australia, USA and many parts of Canada. We are delighted to share our home and gardens with our guests and hear about their travels. If you are interested in a "home away from home", Hammer Haus is the perfect place! In 2020, we opened Hammer Haus II. This property offers closer access to the University of Waterloo and David Johnston's Research and Technology Park. This location is very convenient for visiting professors, parents visiting their children in university and business people working in the Hi-Tech Park.
