The property is nestled in the trees providing a private quiet location with fish ponds and waterfall to relax and enjoy. Hammer Haus II is ideally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 1.2 km from the University of Waterloo. The main floor features 3 bedrooms, 4 pc. bath and modern open kitchen, dining room and spacious living room.  The lower level features a private king suite with 3 pc. bath and it's own private living room.  Rooms can be rented individually or the whole house can be rented. It's perfect for the visiting professor, parents of the university students or visitors to the St. Jacob's Market. This property will accommodate up to 8 persons

The main floor features 2 Queen Suites, each with their own private bathroom.   The lower level features 2 queen sized bedrooms, and a shared 3 pc. bath.  Guests in all the rooms, have shared access to the modern kitchen, formal dining area, and main floor living room.   Rooms can be rented individually or the whole house can be rented. We've had the pleasure of hosting visiting professors, curling & hockey teams, families travelling together, parents visiting their university students and tourists for the St. Jacob's Market.
